Hawksford Conservation Studio has been refinishing, restoring, and conserving furniture and antiques for over 30 years. Located in Gaithersburg Maryland, just outside of Washington DC, our studio is nestled in the heart of Montgomery County.
David Hawksford is a classically trained artist and registered Art Conservationist. His talent is based on a strong foundation of attention to detail and craftsmanship. He learned the trade through his grandfather. His son Jarrod following right along in his footsteps, sharing in the day to day operations at their studio. They both share the same enthusiasm when bringing a lost and forgotten piece back to life.
